Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Technické a prevádzkové otázky
Čo ak sa nemôžem prihlásiť?
Ak sa vám nedarí prihlásiť sa, najprv skontrolujte správnosť zadaného e-mailu a hesla. V prípade zabudnutého hesla použite funkciu „Obnoviť heslo“. Ak problém pretrváva, kontaktujte našu technickú podporu. Možné dôvody môžu byť aj dočasná blokácia účtu z bezpečnostných dôvodov, chybne overená identita alebo technické výpadky. Stav systému priebežne aktualizujeme na webe.
Ako zmením heslo alebo e-mail?
Zmena hesla je možná priamo v používateľskom účte v sekcii „Nastavenia“. Zmena e-mailu je citlivý zásah, ktorý je podmienený overením novej e-mailovej adresy a autentifikáciou používateľa – obvykle prostredníctvom SMS kódu. V prípade nefunkčnosti účtu alebo potreby asistencie s týmito zmenami sa obráťte na podporu.
Ako prebieha komunikácia z platformy?
Platforma komunikuje s používateľmi najmä prostredníctvom e-mailu a notifikácií v používateľskom účte. Dôležité právne a zmluvné dokumenty, upozornenia na splátky alebo zmeny stavu investície sú doručované elektronicky. E-mailová komunikácia je právne záväzná, preto je nutné zaistiť, že máte funkčnú a aktuálnu kontaktnú adresu. O niektorých akciách môže byť používateľ informovaný aj prostredníctvom SMS.
Čo ak sa projekt zmení alebo zruší?
Ak dôjde k zmenám v parametroch projektu pred jeho schválením (napr. úrok, doba splatnosti, zaistenie), investorov budeme informovať a poskytneme im možnosť odstúpiť. Po uzatvorení zmluvy nie je možné projekt jednostranne meniť. Ak by projekt nebol úspešne financovaný alebo ak by bol zrušený zo strany Klienta ešte pred čerpaním, investícia sa neuskutoční a rezervované prostriedky budú uvoľnené späť na účet investora bez poplatkov.
